Suunto teams up with TrainingPeaks

Suunto watches become compatible with TrainingPeaks solution in March

Suunto announces today it is joining forces with TrainingPeaks, the comprehensive online endurance training solution. From March 3rd, Suunto’s watches can be used together with TrainingPeaks service, as Moves tracked with a Suunto watch are compatible with the TrainingPeaks solution.

Thanks to the collaboration, endurance athletes training with a Suunto watch are now able to upload their training activities to the TrainingPeaks service. Furthermore, TrainingPeaks offers various advanced training planning services for athletes wishing to enhance their endurance training, including detailed training data analysis, training planning tools and cooperation opportunities with professional coaches.

Compatibility is based on automatic data transfer between Movescount, Suunto’s online sports community, and TrainingPeaks. After performing a one-time account sync, Moves tracked with a Suunto watch will be automatically transferred from Movescount to TrainingPeaks.
