DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMES
Standard delivery – 3 business days
PRICE: FREE for orders of 750 kr or more; 450 kr for orders under 750 kr
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered within a maximum of three business days, e.g. if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February by 1:30 pm, you will receive your product at the latest by Friday 4 February during the day. Orders are delivered by DHL.
Express delivery – next business day
PRICE: 90 kr for all orders
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered on the next business day, e.g. if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February by 1:30 pm, you will receive your product on Wednesday 2 February during the day. Orders are delivered by DHL.
You can pay for your purchases with Paypal or by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) on Suunto Webshop. Payment is fully secure with our partner Ogone. Check Ogone's website for more details.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We will offer a refund on your items (including shipping costs). The items must be returned in full within the stated times. They must not have been used and must be in their original packaging. The return form must be enclosed in the package.
You may return your item to us through the post. Make sure that it is carefully packaged and labelled. Simply fill in the Return form in accordance with the instructions contained in the procedure and add it to your package. You can download the Return form and instructions.
If you are returning the parcel because the item is damaged or does not correspond to your order, contact our customer support.
