自動暫停

Autopause（自動暫停）會在您的速度低於 2 km/h (1.2 mph) 時暫停您的運動記錄。當您的速度增加到超過 3 km/h (1.9 mph)，便會自動繼續記錄。

您可以在 Movescount 中各種運動模式之進階設定下，將該運動模式的 Autopause（自動暫停）開啟/關閉。

在運動期間，您無需更改 Movescount 設定即可開啟或關閉 Autopause（自動暫停）。

若要在運動期間將 Autopause（自動暫停）開啟/關閉：

在處於一種運動模式中時，按住 Next 以進入選項功能表。
使用 Light Lock 捲動至 Activate（啟用），然後使用 Next 進行選取。
使用 Start Stop 捲動至 Autopause（自動暫停），然後使用 Next 進行選取。
使用 Start Stop 或 Light Lock 在開啟/關閉間切換。
按住 Next 以退出。
