DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMES

Regular delivery – up to 7 working days
PRICE: FREE for orders of $100 or more; $6.99 for orders under $100

DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within a maximum of seven working days, e.g. if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February at 1:30 pm, you will receive your product at the latest by Thursday 10 February during the day.
Regular delivery orders are shipped using Australia Post or Startrack.

Express delivery – Within 2 working days
PRICE: $9.99 for all orders

DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2-pm will be delivered within two working days, e.g. if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February by 1:30 pm, you will receive your product on Thursday 3 February during the day. Express delivery orders are shipped using Australia Post or Startrack.

Australia Post Parcel Collect
PRICE: FREE for orders of $100 or more, $6.99 for orders under $100

DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within a maximum of seven working days, e.g. if you order your product on Tuesday 1 February by 1:30 pm, you will receive your product at the latest by Thursday 10 February during the day.
You will be notified by email and SMS when your order is available to pick up. Orders delivered to an Australia Post Parcel Locker will need to be collected within 48 hours (it will then be transferred to the nearest Australia Post Office)
Orders are delivered by Australia Post.

You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) on Suunto.com online store. Payment is fully secure with our partner Cybersource. Check Cybesource's website for more details.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We will offer a refund on your items (including original shipping costs). The items must be returned in full within 30 days of receipt item. They must not have been used and must be in their original packaging. 

To return your order, please visit the return section and follow the instructions. 

If you are returning the parcel because the item is damaged or does not correspond to your order please contact our Contact Center.
