DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMES

UPS Home Delivery
PRICE: FREE for orders of $50 or more; $6.00 for orders under $50. Product will be delivered approximately 3-8 days after the order has been completed.
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2 pm CT will be shipped from our Distribution Center that same day and tracking information will be provided.

UPS 2nd Day
PRICE: $15 for all orders. Product will be delivered in 2 business days.
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2 pm CT will be delivered within 48 hours.

UPS Standard Overnight
PRICE: $25 for all orders
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2 pm CT will be delivered within 24 hours.

USPS Priority Mail
PRICE: $10 for all orders
DELIVERY: Delivers within 5-10 business days. Only option for delivering to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SECURE PAYMENT

Purchases’ made on the Suunto Webshop must be paid for with a valid U.S. credit card. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is secured with our partner Cybersource. Check Cybersource's website for more details.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We will offer a refund on your items (including shipping costs). The items must be returned in full within the stated times. They must not have been used and must be in their original packaging. The return form must be enclosed in the package.

Simply fill in the Return form in accordance with the instructions contained in the procedure and add it to your package. The return form instructions are located on the backside of your pack slip included with your shipment. You can also download the Return form and instructions. Your shipping will only be paid for by Suunto if you use the pre-printed return label provided on your shipment pack slip.
