How it works
- 1. Fill in a Service Request.
- 2. When confirmed, the courier picks up your malfunctioning unit from a location specified by you (company, home or even hotel).
- 3. When the unit is repaired, it is returned to a location specified by you.
How long it takes
In Europe warranty repairs are returned within 7 working days and non-warranty repairs within 7 working days after approved cost estimation.
To proceed
- 1. Check FAQs to avoid unnecessary returns. You can also contact our Global Help Desk. If your product does not need any repair or the repair is not covered by warranty, delivery costs will be charged from you.
- 2. Familiarize yourself with warranty information.
- 3. Make sure you have an e-mail address and possibility to use a printer.
- 4. Make sure you have your product’s serial number available.
NOTE:
- Please do not send user guides, instruction manuals or sales packages with your product. Unfortunately we are not able to return them.
- Battery and strap changes and compass calibration are not covered by warranty and can also be made by local retailer.
- Non-warranty repairs can be paid via PayPal checkout system. PayPal provides you a secure Internet payment possibility and different ways to take care of the possible repair costs. If necessary, you will be guided to PayPal site from "the cost estimation"-e-mail sent to you by Suunto Repair Services when using the Service Request. Learn more about PayPal.
- Non-warranty repairs and shipping costs in Norway and Switzerland are handled directly from credit card company without PayPal.
