New Suunto Black editions bring clean, sharp looks to Suunto’s advanced diving computers

31.10.2011

Suunto, a global leader in sports precision instruments, announces Black editions of three of its popular advanced dive computers – Suunto Vyper Air, Cobra3, and D6i. The new Black editions give divers all the professional features they expect from these trusted Suunto diving computers in a clean, classic black design.

“The new Black editions include all the proven, trusted features that people serious about diving have come to expect from these popular Suunto devices,” says Pia Talja, Product Manager at Suunto. “We know that many divers appreciate a professional black look, so these new devices offer clean design for a whole range of different users.”

All three Black editions are compatible with Suunto DM4 with Movescount software (for both PC and Mac), which enables divers to plan dives on their laptop and export them to their dive computer. After a dive, data can be downloaded back to the laptop for organizing, viewing, and analysis. Divers can also easily sync their Suunto diving computer with the Movescount.com online community, where they can store and share dive data, images, and more. With Movescount, divers can also share tips on interesting dive spots and connect with other divers from all over the world.

The Suunto Vyper Air Black, Cobra3 Black and D6i All Black editions are now available at selected retailers.
