Improvements in Suunto Consumer Service

In addition to well received and popular web based Service Request, Suunto has opened a new consumer care concept, Suunto Service Point. Suunto Service Point is directed for those consumers who prefer physical touch point and face to face service and support.

Service Point concept has been opened in following countries in Europe;  Austria, Finland, France, Spain and Sweden. More service points will be introduced during coming months in other countries.

Suunto Service Point’s offer support in using Suunto Training and Outdoor products, can calibrate compass or pair HR belt with wrist unit. Naturally Suunto Service point can replace battery for a product on your behalf and can take care of major part of needed service activities.
