If the synchronization of settings between your watch and Suunto Movescount fails (Moveslink2 states failed instead of ok), the following tips may help resolve the issue:
If these tips do not resolve the issue, restoring your watch settings to default values in Movescount may help:
1. Open Movescount.
2. Navigate to Me >> Watches >> My watches and select your watch from the list.
3. Click the Restore default values button.
4. Connect your watch and wait until Moveslink2 opens.
5. Windows: Right-click on the Moveslink2 icon in the system tray and select Force firmware update.
Mac: Open the Moveslink2 application menu and select Force firmware update.
