The Suunto t4 is your wristop coach - it monitors your progress and maintains an up-to-date plan that helps you reach your athletic goals.

Using the enhanced Suunto Coach feature, the Suunto t4 generates a personalized 5-day training plan. The program helps you maintain a balance between workout and rest and makes intelligent recommendations for exercise frequency, duration, and intensity. Suunto Coach now gives you even better guidance, prescribing more training volume on higher program levels. By monitoring your Training Effect, it suggests which days to work out on and which days to rest.

You can follow the recommendations or vary the training intensity or duration to suit your mood. The Suunto t4 Coach adapts your program according to your actual training. If your activity level decreases, the Suunto Coach monitors and adapts, adjusting your plan for the next five days to ensure you get the right amount of exercise in each phase of training.

The Suunto t4 provides essential feedback on your aerobic activities - heart rate, calories burned, and zone training information. You can also add real-time speed and distance information with optional Suunto PODs.

To ensure your workout data is accurate, the Suunto t4 is digitally coded for interference-free transmission. Equipped with optional Suunto PC POD and Suunto Training Manager Lite PC software, you can easily transfer data to your PC and maintain a personal training logbook.

The improved user interface enhances usability with button lock and zone alarms. In addition, you'll find all the features you'd expect like stopwatch with splits and laps, dual time, date, and alarm.
