Suunto Training Manager

{Suunto Training Manager} is an integral part of the Suunto t6 experience. It stores and organizes training sessions, allowing athletes to analyze their performance and create ideal training plans. Athletes can view their performance over a single workout or a specific period of time, with a detailed analysis of seven different body parameters including heart rate, energy consumption, ventilation, oxygen consumption, respiratory rate, {Training Effect}, and {EPOC}. Equipped with a Suunto Foot or Bike POD, the program allows Suunto t6 users to evaluate their performance in terms of speed, distance, hills and altitude.
