You can control your training intensity through the visualization of your performance on the Suunto Fitness Solution display. No need to interrupt your workout to check a device on your wrist. The display is designed to be both informative and motivating.

One of the outstanding features of Suunto Fitness Solution is the feedback it generates automatically from each exercise. Feedback reports provide a new tool for you to tune your training activities.
Exercise summary reports are sent directly to your email. The report contains three main sections: Session summary, Heart rate, and Recent sessions.
The Session summary section identifies your personal data and the key facts of the most recent training session, such as energy consumption.
The Heart rate section presents in detail your heart rate activity during the most recent session. With this information, you can easily assess the intensity of the session.
In the Recent sessions section, you get a summary of your training sessions over the last four weeks. This provides a nice holistic view of the effectiveness of your different training sessions over time.
