Suunto Service Request allows you to get your Suunto wristop computer repaired with minor effort.
How it works
- Fill in a Service Request.
- When confirmed, the courier picks up your malfunctioning unit from a location specified by you (company, home or even hotel).
- When the unit is repaired, it is returned to a location specified by you.
How long it takes
In Europe warranty repairs are returned within 7 working days and non-warranty repairs within 14 days after pick up.

- Visit Suunto Support Center to avoid unnecessary returns. You can also contact our Global Help Desk by phone +358 2 284 1160 or via "Ask Suunto a Question".
- Make sure you have an e-mail address and possibility to use a printer
- Read the warranty information
- Register your unit on warranty registration.
NOTE:
- Please do not send user guides, instruction manuals or sales packages with your wristop computer. Unfortunately we are not able to return them.
- Battery and strap changes and compass calibration are not covered by warranty and can also be made by local retailer.
- Wristop Computers purchased from non-authorized Suunto retailers are repaired as non-warranty units.
- Non-warranty repairs can be paid via ClickandBuy-system. ClickandBuy-system provides you a secure Internet payment possibility and different ways to take care of the possible repair costs. If necessary, you will be guided to ClickandBuy-payment site from "the cost estimation"-e-mail sent you by Suunto service when using the Service Request. Learn more about ClickandBuy.

Wristop computers can currently be returned from 30 European countries and United States.
If your country is not listed or your product is a diving computer, marine compass, field compass or precision instrument,
