Ask Suunto a questionDear Suunto Consumer,
Via these pages you can ask our Global Help Desk team questions relating to Suunto products, software or Suunto overall.
If you have already signed up to this service you can proceed directly by logging in with your username and password.
If you have not used this service before, (opened 13th August 2009) please create an account using a valid email address. To create an account you only need to provide a username, password, security name and security answer, although there are other voluntary fields on the account registration page and we hope that you can spend a minute or two filling out this additional information.
Once you have created your account you will be able to send us your Suunto related queries at your convenience. You can also add attachments (excel, word, pictures etc.) to your question. If you have the serial number of the product which relates to your query then please enter it in the space provided. This will enable our personnel to assist you more efficiently.
If you previously registered the warranty for any of your Suunto products online then please use same E-mail address if possible as we can then automatically combine those products under your name (this is not mandatory).
Questions sent using this service will be answered within 72h.
