The Helpdesk is open 24 hours a day 5 days a week between Sunday 9 pm and Friday 9 pm GMT. Service is provided 24h/day in English. Following languages are also available Monday to Friday; Finnish, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Japanese. Helpdesk professionals can answer customer questions regarding diving products, outdoor products, training products, precision instruments and compasses.
