Elegant and classic Suunto Core Extreme Edition Silver available now
Suunto, a leading sports precision instrument designer and manufacturer, has released a new outdoor sports instrument to its award winning Suunto Core collection. The Core Extreme Edition Silver is available now.
The new Suunto Core Extreme Edition Silver has a silver colored bezel with yellow accents which highlights the display. The new elegant and classic Core still provides the same reliable data as previous Core models. It combines advanced ABC (altimeter, barometer and compass) functions with benefits such as a depth meter, sunrise and sunset times, and a menu in four languages. Accurate to 9 000 meters (29,500 feet), the altimeter in the Core displays current elevation, elevation gained and lost, and records session for reviews. The automatic alti/baro mode switches between altimeter and barometer depending on activity and shows the most relevant information for each situation. The Suunto Core won the altimeter watch tests both in German Alpin magazine and in Dutch Op Pad magazine last year.
Available in a selection of styles from urban to outdoors, Suunto Core took the glory in one of the most renowned and hardest-fought international design competitions by winning the "red dot: best of the best" award at the red dot design competition in Germany in 2008.
