We are looking for UX/UI Designer to join our UX & Design Team at Vantaa, Finland. This position is a maternity leave replacement.
This position is within Amer Sports Connected Devices and Digital Services category and Suunto. In this team we continuously experiment with new technologies and introduce digital solutions. In this role you are responsible for UX and UI design concepting and development. Key activities are
Your key interfaces will be our Consumer Software, Product Marketing and Consumer Insights teams. We also encourage you to liaise with external network of UX/UI consultants, larger design community, and our users.
To be successful in the role we expect you to have 3+ years of direct UX/UI design experience with up-to-date skills. You should show a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles as well as capability for conceptual thinking, with an ability to new, fresh approaches. Experience in small screen UX & touch UI is a plus but not a must. You competently use relevant design tools such as Sketch and Adobe, and you are willing to learn and take new tools into use when necessary. You can communicate in a clear manner and present your own work in engaging way in cross-organization meetings in English.
