Compatibility issue between DM5 and the latest mac OS



We have become aware of compatibility issues with DM5 and the latest macOS update, Big Sur. We are working on a solution, but until we have a fix, we recommend not updating to the newest macOS if you need to use DM5 with your dive computer in the near future. If you have an EON Steel, an Eon Core, or a Suunto D5 device, you can use the Suunto app to view your dives. Dive planning and customization are available only in DM5.

When opening DM5, the application will automatically check if a new version is available. Suunto will publish the fix for this issue as soon as possible. Please make sure you always use the latest DM5 and update the application if a newer version is available.
