If Moves are not transferred to Strava, reconnecting your accounts may get the transfer going again:
- Go to http://www.movescount.com/settings#otherservices and click on Disconnect under Strava.
- Log out of both Movescount and Strava.
- Clear your browser, including cache and cookies.
- Log in to your Movescount account again.
- Go to http://www.movescount.com/connect/strava and click on Connect to Strava
- Follow the pop-up prompt to log in to your Strava account. Once logged in, you can authorize the connection of the two accounts.
Please note that old Moves are not transferred to Strava. Only new Moves after the reconnection are transferred.
