The following troubleshooting steps may help solve connectivity issues for Suunto 3 Fitness, Suunto 9 and Suunto Spartan Collection watches. Try one step at a time and see if the problem was solved.

In case the mentioned tips did not resolve the issue, reset the connection between your watch and the app:
Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth.
Restart your phone.
Unpair Suunto app from your watch: Open Settings > Connectivity > Paired devices. If Mobile App is listed, select Forget.
Restart pairing on your phone as if you would pair it for the first time.
