Suunto EON Core grows with new features and improvements.
The decompression algorithm Suunto FusedTM RGBM 2, is now available for Suunto EON Core. The Suunto FusedTM RGBM 2 combines and improves widely respected Suunto RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubble Model) and Suunto FusedTM RGBM decompression models developed by Suunto together with Dr. Bruce Wienke. The Suunto FusedTM RGBM 2 has been developed to give divers various diving opportunities and especially support deep air dives by giving better optimized total dive time.

In addition to the graphical and classic display options, you can now choose the new prominent display option. The prominent style shows the key diving information with large, legible numbers. Depth and dive time are displayed clearly on the left side of the screen, while the info on the right is customizable. You can choose, for example, if you want to see tank pressure, compass, no deco time or timer when diving.
Suunto EON Steel now supports 17 languages, including three new languages: Czech, Danish and Japanese.
The software update also includes bug fixes and enhancements.

Suunto EON Steel grows with new features and improvements
Suunto EON Steel is now available 14 in different languages. In addition to English you can now use it in Simplified Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Korean, Norwegian (Bokmål), Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.
Suunto EON Steel connects wirelessly with Suunto Movescount App (available for iOS and Android). You can transfer your dive logs from Suunto EON Steel to Suunto Movescount over Bluetooth with the app. In Suunto Movescount, you can collect and share your diving adventures, build an all-inclusive dive history as well as enriching your dive logs with stories and photos. In addition, you can change EON settings straight from the app.
In emergencies, divers using multiple gas mixtures can now modify gases during the dive. This allows you to continue the dive and get correct decompression information on your EON Steel dive computer according the gas change.
Deep sleep is a new function that lengthens battery life when Suunto EON Steel has not been used for two days. You can also adjust the standby time (between 1-5 minutes) after which the screen is turned off.
You can now choose to have more data in the same view and still maintain good readability. With custom field pairs, it is easier to browse all these values. Field pairs are easier to organize on the display so you can see exactly the information you want to get during the dive.
Dive logs can now also be browsed by max depth and dive time (in addition to date/time).
Suunto Fused™ RGBM algorithm is locked for 48 hours if you omit decompression stops for longer than three (3) minutes. In these situations, "LOCKED" is now shown on the screen instead of "ERROR."
