What are targets?

You can define general targets and intensity targets for your exercises in the sport mode options menu before starting an exercise.

General targets are distance or duration targets.

Intensity targets can be set for a

  • specific heart rate zone for any sport.
  • specific pace zone for running exercises including trail running and treadmill.
  • specific power zone for the sport modes Running Power, Trail Running Power and all Cycling, Indoor Cycling and Mountain Biking modes in combination with a power sensor.

During the exercise you will see real-time guidance instructions that will help you to stay within your target zone and an indicator showing your progress towards your target.
