To send diagnostic logs from Moveslink2 for troubleshooting:
1. Open Moveslink2 on your computer. 2. Connect your watch to the computer and wait for Moveslink2 to recognize your watch. 3. Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the Moveslink2 window. 4. Select Diagnostics.
5.Click on Send diagnostic logs to Suunto.
6.Wait for the confirmation message that the logs have been sent. This may take several minutes.
Note: Your watch needs to be connected to the computer when sending logs. This ensures that event logs from the device itself are included. Event logs provide valuable data about the problem that occurred.
