1. DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL SUUNTOLINK

Download the software from the links. Install the software to your computer by double-clicking the download file.

2. CONNECT YOUR WATCH TO SUUNTOLINK

Connect your Suunto watch to your computer with the provided USB cable.

SuuntoLink opens automatically when the watch is detected. Follow the on-screen instructions for updating or syncing your watch.

WHAT IS SUUNTOLINK?

SuuntoLink is a desktop software that keeps your watch firmware up to date. Connecting your watch regularly to SuuntoLink ensures your watch works smoothly.

Specifically for Suunto Ambit and Traverse family watches, SuuntoLink is the service connection that syncs exercises and routes to and from Suunto app and allows you to create, customize, and edit sport modes and settings.
