Tracking your training with your phone’s Sports Tracker App is convenient, but using a Suunto watch with Sports Tracker is also possible. All the workout data from the watch gets uploaded to movescount.com, Suunto’s online sports diary and community. Once linked, Movescount data automatically syncs with your Sports Tracker account.

If you’re getting into serious training, or heading out into more rugged territory, keeping track of your efforts with a Suunto Ambit3 sports watch offers additional possibilities for Sports Tracker users.
Battery life up to 200 hours with GPS
If you’re out on an epic trail run, hike or bike ride, and stay out longer than expected you want to know what you did, where you went and be able to prove it! The battery life for an Ambit 3 Peak is up to 200 hours and for Ambit3 Sport up to 100 hours with GPS, depending on the GPS accuracy setting you have selected. You won’t run out of juice again!
Built to last
An Ambit3 is built to withstand the elements. Rain, snow, freezing winds, water – no problem. Suunto puts its products through rigorous elemental testing to ensure they can handle every adventure.
Multisport capability
Using a Suunto watch adds great multisport training functionality. For example, you can pair it with a power meter or a cadence sensor to better understand and improve your running or cycling. Also helpful in improving as a runner is the Ambit3’s Running Performance feature that analyses your running efficiency and tracks changes over time. For swimming, you can get data like your heart rate, number of laps and even specific figures like SWOLF that indicates your swimming efficiency.
Stay on track
The Route Planner mapping tool in movescount.com allows you to create a route, add it to your watch and then navigate with it when you’re in the outdoors. You can also create points of interest, like a hut or a water source, and navigate to those. The watch also has a back track function if you need to find your way back to the car, for example.
