How do I change my Suunto Movescount and MySuunto password?

Suunto Movescount web and mobile app as well as MySuunto share the same account credentials. This means that by changing your password in Suunto Movescount you will automatically update your login credentials for MySuunto.

To change your password:

  1. Open www.movescount.com and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and open Profile.



  3. Scroll down to Movescount Settings.



  4. Go to Password and click Change password
    Note: Here you can as well change your username, email address and other account settings.



  5. Update your password and confirm by clicking Change password. To create a strong password, include symbols (e.g. @, #) numbers, lowercase and uppercase characters (e.g. AbCd).



  6. Suunto Movescount will confirm when the password change was successful. 



  7. Log out of Suunto Movescount and sign in with your new credentials. 
    To log into MySuunto, open www.suunto.com and click the profile icon.

 

You forgot your password?

Simply start the sign in process on either www.movescount.com or to your MySuunto account on suunto.com and tap the Forgot password? link. Enter your email address and you will receive a new password. To change your password, follow the steps described above.
