Which sport modes affect my fitness level estimation?

Your fitness level estimation is based on a complex analysis of movement (speed), heart rate data and your personal profile. Movement being one of the core analysis parameters, only recorded exercises with the following sport modes affect the fitness level estimation:


  • Walking
  • Running
  • Treadmill
  • Trekking
  • Orienteering
  • Trail running
  • Nordic walking
  • Hiking

All other sport modes are not used to measure your fitness level.
