We are looking for a passionate EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPER to join our Software team at Suunto headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team of Embedded Software Developers for the one, who wants to contribute to the high-tech consumer solutions for global markets in a challenging technology environment.
As part of the team, you will design, implement and test embedded software. You will find, discover and introduce ways to improve all parts of the software development processes and work in cross functional teams for best solutions. You will design new product software development architectures and think of ways to optimize current software execution (Memory, Power, CPU etc.)
To succeed in this role, it would of course be typical to request all kinds of skills, but we here at Suunto believe that people with the right attitude and motivation to learn are already half-way there. So, if you already have some (or a lot of) experience in developing software (C/C++) in embedded environment and have used modern software development tools (e.g. Git) you will be able to master the other technologies with the support of others.
