With Suunto 7, you can easily check the current weather by asking Google or swiping to your Forecast Tile.

Climb
Keep track of your effort while hiking up a mountain, rock climbing, doing hill repeats in your backyard or running up stairs. Climbs can be viewed afterwards in the Suunto app.

Safe
Quick access to your GPS coordinates and other key information of your current location as well as your starting point. Useful when sharing your location with a friend, when you need to radio for help or navigating back to your car.

Loop
Automatic location-based lap insights help you analyze the stats for each loop. Excellent feature when running on a track or cross-country skiing the same loop. Loops can be viewed afterwards in the Suunto app.

Sprint
Track sprints automatically while running or cycling to see the number, distance, and time of each interval during your training session. Sprints are identified based on the changes of your running pace or cycling power. Sprints can be viewed afterwards in the Suunto app.

Getting ready for the race? The Wings for Life World Run feature simulates the Catcher Car to motivate your daily workouts and help you train for the race.

Navigate on the go. Choose your target direction, get the bearing and off you go! You can also define your target distance and altitude. Great orienteering tool for mountains and forests.

Route navigation
Create your own route, use tracks from other services or select a popular trail in the Suunto app. Sync the route to your watch and off you go! With route navigation on your watch you'll always find your way.
Route navigation is available for Suunto 9 Baro, Suunto 9, Suunto 7 and Suunto 5. Outdoor maps are visible on the watch only for Suunto 7.
Low power always-on sport display
Your display stays awake all the time while you exercise, using only a minimum amount of battery. This enables you to constantly see all your training data without having to raise your wrist to activate the display.
All Suunto products have the screen on while exercising. Now this feature is also available for Suunto 7.
Battery-saving GPS mode
Selecting 'Good' location accuracy makes the battery last longer during your outdoor workouts. Prepare for longer sessions or use it when you are already low on battery and want to keep going. When running or cycling, FusedTrack™ is used to improve tracking quality.*
