When you are building a brand new product with many new technology innovations that are new to the industry and to Suunto, things sometimes take longer than expected. It means extra efforts are required in testing to fulfill all quality criteria.
Despite our earlier availability estimate, we are not ready yet with the Suunto EON Steel. We are very sorry for the delay but Suunto is known for its quality and safety and we will never compromise on this.
Our estimation is that Suunto EON Steel will be available in stores in spring 2015. There is a good chance that the product will be ready earlier. In this case we will inform you via Suunto.com, our newsletters and social channels.
