DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

What are your delivery times and costs? 

At the moment, we only offer one delivery option:

  • Standard delivery: delivery in 3-4 days – free for orders above Kč3500 (Kč120 for orders below that amount)

Deliveries will be done during workdays from Monday to Friday. If the order is made before 1PM (GMT +1) it will be handled on the same day.

Any order placed after 01:00 PM, on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Which carrier services do you use? 

In Czech Republic, orders are delivered sent via our partner DHL.

Can I choose to have my delivery sent to a DHL branch?

At present we only offer home. 

However, DHL offers you the option to change the delivery address to your preferred one using the "DHL On Demand Delivery" service. 

If you are a DHL On Demand Delivery user you can use it for your Suunto order.

Is it possible to send my package to a third party or to an address other than the one shown on the invoice?

Yes, orders are sent to the person and address recorded in the delivery information, even if they are different from the invoice information.

From where are orders dispatched? 

All orders are dispatched from our factory based in Vantaa, Finland.

Can I select a delivery address in a country other than where I placed the order? 

No, this is not possible. 

To receive your order in France, for example, you must place it on the French site.

How can I confirm that my order has been dispatched?

When your order leaves our warehouse, the invoice is updated and sent to you by email.

The email provides a summary of your order along with the tracking number of the package.

What should I do if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

If you are out when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a notification in your mail box. Simply contact DHL again to arrange a new delivery time. 

For greater flexibility, you can use “DHL On Demand Delivery" service which enables you to the delivery address for your order.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. What can I do? 

Please check your package status on the DHL site using the tracking number you received with your invoice and contact them if needed: DHL.
