If you are not fully satisfied with the product you ordered, please follow the instructions below. You can send your items back to us by post. We will offer you a full refund for returned items, if they:
- have not been used
- are sent back within 30 days of receipt of product(s)
- are in their original, undamaged packaging (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged)

3. CAREFULLY PACK THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE RETURNING

4. POST YOUR PARCEL
Post your parcel at any Post Office and you will be issued with a lodgement receipt. Alternatively, post your parcel in a red street posting box or in-store drop box.
