- Pause and resume exercise
Pause and resume exercise
- Make sure you are in an exercise view.
- Press the top right button to pause your exercise.
- While paused, you can view your data and change displays with the middle button or by swiping left or right.
- To resume your exercise, press the top right button.
Check your location while paused
- While paused, press the middle button until you are in the map view.
- While in the map view, you can zoom the map with the top right and bottom right buttons and touch and drag the map to move it around.
- To resume your exercise, press the middle button to return to an exercise view, then press the top right button.
