配速区间 - 如何入门?

配速区间适用于跑步锻炼,包括越野跑和跑步机跑步。配速区间工作原理类似于心率区间,只不过利用跑步配速而非心率来跟踪锻炼强度。要设定跑步的具体配速区间,进入设置 > 训练 > 强度区间 > 高级区间

锻炼过程中如需借助实时指导利用配速区间,开始跑步锻炼之前,请在运动模式选项菜单中选择以配速作为强度目标。
