Orders can only be delivered to countries where the suunto.com online shop is available. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France (mainland France and Corsica), Germany, Norway, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Japan.
You cannot have an order delivered to a country different from where you placed the order. To receive your order in France, for example, you must place it on the French site.
You may choose between standard delivery and express delivery:
Deliveries will be done during workdays from Monday to Friday. If the order is made before 2PM (GMT +1) it will be handled on the same day.
Any order placed after 02:00 PM, on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.
In United Kingdom, orders are delivered and sent via UPS.
At present we only offer home delivery.
However, UPS offers you the option to change the delivery address to your preferred one using the "UPS My Choice" service.
If you are a UPS My Choice user you can use it for your Suunto order.

Yes, orders are sent to the person and address recorded in the delivery information, even if they are different from the invoice information.
All orders are dispatched from our factory based in Vantaa Finland.

To receive your order in France, for example, you must place it on the French site.
When your order leaves our warehouse, the invoice is updated and sent to you by email. The email provides a summary of your order along with the tracking number of the package.
If you are out when the delivery arrives, the carrier will leave a notification in your mail box. Simply contact UPS again to arrange a new delivery time.
For greater flexibility, you can use “UPS My Choice" service which enables you to the delivery address for your order.
