Which sport modes add steps to my daily step count? (Traverse & Ambit)
Steps are measured using the accelerometer in your watch – a motion-sensor detecting movement from your wrist. Only sport modes that create reliable step data are included in your daily step count. Sports that have lots of arm movement, like tennis, are excluded.
