Adjust settings
You can adjust all watch settings from the options menu.
To adjust a setting:
- Keep the middle button pressed to enter the options menu.
- Scroll up and down through menus with the 7R button and lower button.
- Enter a setting by pressing the middle button. Depending on the menu you may need to scroll through settings using the middle button.
- Adjust the setting value with the 7R button and lower button.
- Confirm the new setting value by pressing the middle button.
- Exit by keeping the middle button pressed.
