Pace zones are available for running exercises including trail running and treadmill. Pace zones work in the same way as heart rate zones but use your running pace instead of your heart rate to track the intensity of your exercise. To set your running specific pace zones, go to Settings > Training > Intensity zones > Advanced zones.
To use pace zones with real-time guidance during exercise, select pace as the intensity target in the sport mode options menu before you start your running exercise.
